Support a New Generation of Coffee Growers
The Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC) started “Jóvenes Caficultores” in 2007 with the goal of encouraging coffee growers´ generational succession and entrepreneurial spirit. By offering the younger generations the opportunity to make a living out of coffee and work in a dignified way, the project has reached outstanding results.
Today, ten years after, this iniative counts with 93 coffee growers. Each of them has been profiting from an assigned lot and has started to grow coffee in a sustainable manner. The lots are located in the departments of: Magdalena, Tolima, Antioquia, Norte de Santander, Quindío, Risaralda and Valle.
Now, the project is looking for cooperating partners that sponsor one or more of these coffee growers so they have the possibility of buying the land where their coffee is grown.
Your sponsorship will contribute with the social and economic development of these coffee growers and their families.
